1) Where do I find the files for my purchase?

You will receive an email with download/access instructions.

2) My files aren’t downloading. What do I do?

  • Check your internet connection
  • Try a different browser
  • Refresh your browser

3) I registered for an up-coming class and I haven’t received any emails. What do I do?

  • You might have registered with a different email address. Please check all your email accounts and spam folders.
  • If you report any TTTE emails as spam, you will NOT be able to receive emails from our system and you must sign contact us.
  • Please “Safe/White List” the TTTE email address with your ISP (Internet Service provider) so you receive our emails

Tips & Tricks for Navigating the Store

1) Do you offer Access Country Pricing Adjustments?

  • Yes our system is designed to automatically show you and apply country pricing adjustments to your orders.

2) How does adding products to the cart work?

  • When you add a product to your cart from the Store category page, you will see a check mark indicating that product has been added to your cart and a number will appear next to the shopping cart icon, in the top right hand corner of the screen, indicating the number of items in your cart.
  • When you add a product to your cart from the individual product page, you will see a green banner appear across the top of the screen indicating that the item was successfully added to your cart and a number will appear next to the shopping cart icon, in the top right hand corner of the screen, indicating the number of items in your cart.
  • Click the shopping cart icon to go to cart.

3) I have an item in my cart I’d like to remove or too many of one item in my cart, what do I do?

  • To remove an item completely, click the red x to the far left, in front of the item you wish to remove from your cart.
  • If you wish to change the quantity of an item in your cart, click the minus button next to the quantity and then update your cart.

4) How do I check out?

  • Before you click “Place Order” please be sure to check that the total amount matches what you are purchasing.

5) I purchased a Product to download. Where do I find it?

  • You will receive an email with download/access instructions.
