RETURNS POLICY

Refunds are available for telecall series’ within 24 hours of the end of the first call and before the beginning of the second call, whichever comes first. The team must be contacted in writing via INFO@SHANNON-OHARA.COM or INFO@TALKTOTHEENTITIES.COM before the above cut-off time.

         • Refunds for live classes must be requested before lunch on the first day of class.
         • Products that are instantly downloadable are NOT eligible for a refund.
         • Refunds for classes and products may be subject to an 8% non-refundable fee.
 CAN I RETURN SHANNON O’HARA OR TALK TO THE ENTITIES DIGITAL PRODUCTS?
No, digital products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
 CAN I RETURN TALK TO THE ENTITIES OR BEINGS OF LIGHT BOOKS?
No, books are printed and shipped on demand and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
 CAN I CANCEL MY CLUB CONSCIOUSNESS SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes, you can cancel your subscriptions anytime. Depending on where in the billing cycle you are when you cancel, will determine if you are charged for the next billing cycle. There are no refunds for paid subscriptions. Please email us at:

 CAN I CANCEL MY SHANNON O’HARA/ TALK TO THE ENTITIES SEMINARS/CLASSES?
Yes, you can cancel your class prior to the start of class and penalties may apply. Bank fees, credit card fees, PayPal fees, etc., deducted from the refunded amount on the customer’s end are not refundable. Classes which have deposits required or accommodations included are not fully refundable or transferable and fees may apply. 

Please contact the class host or TTTE/SO Team (email below) for additional details. A refund of a live (or full-day online) class that has started and been attended by a customer is only possible if the class is canceled by lunchtime of Day 1. A telecall/zoom must be canceled in writing to the below email addresses within 24hrs after the first call and before the beginning of the 2nd call, whichever comes first.
